The Renal Home Therapies department is made up of a dedicated team of specialist nurses who will coordinate your home dialysis treatment.

The two home dialysis treatments we offer are home haemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis

Some of the advantages to having dialysis at home is greater independence, fewer visits to hospital and more flexibility to make dialysis suit you and your lifestyle better.

​

Please note: not all patients will be suitable for either of these treatments and patients wishing to consider home dialysis will be assessed by the Home Therapies team on an individual basis.
